This year's chinese new year celebration is different

Hi, back again at The Life of Calvin, Yesterday, me and my family celebrated chinese new year. Now anyways lets get onto the story

D-1: The Jakarta Floods

One day before CNY, We get brought fruits for chinese new year to my Grandparent's house in Jembatan Lima. However, a heavy rain just happened at night and caused some major floods at Jakarta. My mom drove the modified 2016 Honda BRV during the heavy rain, right after we got into Jakarta, we encounter some floods, the biggest one is in Jl. Terate. Finally we got back and forth without any issues, our car just got a smoky hood, nothing to worry about.

The Chinese New Year Celebration

At 12 noon, we got ready to go to my Grandparent's house for our first stop. The weather is bright. We had lunch as usual. However, only a bit part of our big family got into the chinese new year celebration because of the flood.

Next stop, our big family's shophouse (idk who owns it). Its really chaotic inside. finally no passing ancestor was sitting in front. Its only a while, my cousin wants to go to Central Park mall soon. I just enjoy a cup of coca cola.

Third stop, Central Park. This is the end of our big family's CNY. We have a dinner in there after my cousin enjoyed watching the Dancing lions performance. Its really crowded in there, how could you enjoy it when it is heavily packed lol.

Final stop, a little visit to my dad's friends. We got into heavy floods in there again. Well thats all

Life update

Hey y'all. If you received this blog post. I need you to keep reading till the end. I know I'm not a main character. But please. Its late-2025, and it made me obsessed of this one very word... " Friend ". It all started when i worked at school for robotics club, and this guy, (let's call him Rick) came and asked how was my laptop.
